....Well let us see them smile

I`m converting, re-sizing and uploading mine now.

We have multiple zucchini on multiple plants, broccoli started on all the broccoli plants, no tomatoes on any of our plants *gasp* and tiny baby peppers starting.

This year everything was from seed except the couple zucchini plants we got.

PICS from me coming soon smile

The things holding up the plants are trellises that fit right into the Earthboxes. I got them at my local nursery here: http://www.summerwindsca.com/ca/locationsdetail.asp?storeid=71

I actually posted about the Earthboxes before here: http://forums.equipped.org/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=173411

... Before planting anything, and especially to help you with selecting the proper planting mix, please check out the earthbox forum and read some of the stickies they have there.

Our three tomato plants (Big Boy, Heirloom, Cherry) in the left box are starting to grow together and take over. The right box has a whole assortment of vegetables -- eggplant, cucumber, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, etc.

i'll throw my two cents worth in---
the photo was taken while i was trying to set up an old canvas tent i got at a yard sale..just behind the tent tubeing you can see my tomato patch.i started a few years ago with just a small raised bed then a friend who bought a couple fruit trees gave me the big plastic pots they came in..i cut the bottoms out and worked them into the garden a bit and filled with compost and soil..the dirt is loose enought that the roots really took hold and i think the black pots pick up heat to help the plant grow better.watering is a snap and the dirt never gets waterlogged.this was taken sometime in May and now you can't see the pots for the growth..

P.S.--as you can see the canoe dogs are hard on the backyard-

Everyone's look awesome, sorry I haven't gotten mine posted yet. RedFlare - Your garden in those boxes are AWESOME.

We've only been able to eat two zucchini so far. At least we have tomatoes growing now, and our corn is getting there. Peppers are smaller than a finger nail still frown

The wild black berries are looking better! Maybe a couple more weeks to harvest.. hoping they got enough water naturally or the crop may be crappy.
