Here is a mini review of my first speedball experience.

1. Paintball is FUN!
2. Paint tastes terrible. (avoid getting hit in the face) smile
3. After playing for about 3 hours, I felt like I ran at least 3 miles - great workout!
4. ... not to mention the adrenaline rush!

I guess paintball is an excellent way of experiencing a gun battle without getting hurt in the process.

Going back for more next Sunday!

I use to play paintball. I know the taste of paint extremely well. Get some of your buddies together and play "Last Man Standing."

How about playing capture the flag with just one flag. The flag stays in the center of the playing field. Each team will try to take the flag back to their base or starting point without getting hit.
Now I play Airsoft. Different equipment. Same game. Same tactics.

Remember safety comes first. Treat each paintball or airsoft gun like a real gun. Don't bring shame to our game.

For real kicks, play out in the forest. That's just too much fun. There you will learn that camouflage is for real.

A little tip I learned: When you hear paint flying your way, don't be nosey and try to determine where it is coming from. RUN! Take cover, then be nosey.

The best cover is the muzzle of your weapon.

Is "speedball" what is played on an enclosed course with the obstacles? Not running around out in the bush, right?

That two-fingered, rapid trigger action of paintballers is pretty neat. Almost like watching someone play a musical instrument. smile

Double trigger is my next purchase.

Yes, that place is a "gym" with inflatable obstacles:

We were playing that a long time ago out in the forest. It was a lot of fun. Be careful identifying hazards in the terrain, though. My buddy got hung up in a barb wire fence pretty bad (about 80 stitches IIRC) running in the dark. He was in fairly forest, but didn't see the fenceposts and wire and ran into 4 strand at full run. After that we all kinda lost interest and started hunting varmints again.
