Is it possible to make a FAQ for the newbies, like me, for the acronyms that keep being used? They are confusing me a bit. Maybe this would be very helpful to other newbies as we attract more people.
Here are some of the terms I am lost on:
BOB ALICE BOV TEOTWAWKI - The End of the World As We Know it (Thanks nighthiker)
and I am sure there are many others.
Just a thought.

I remember seeing it posted before, don't know how long ago but try extending the search time. We should get one of the admins to make it a sticky. BOB is Bug Out Bag BOV is a Bug Out Vehicle

Now that the question has been answered, a common gripe of mine is the selection of a subject line for a topic. "Is it possible..." was not the subject of this thread, it was just a title. That title could be used for just about anything because it means absolutely nothing. How about "Acronym FAQ -- Is there One?"
After you write an initial post read it and ask yourself, what is this really about? Come up with a title that really addresses the subject of the post. Otherwise you may as well just name it Sue, or Sally, or give it some other meaningless name.
Rant mode off.

Yes, but it is so much easier to get someone else to do the search for you by fiegning ignorance, at least for me that's the case There's always someone out there more than willing to do the legwork for you if you let them. Why deny them the opportunity to participate, when all they want is the chance to help someone else out and feel like they've done their good deed for the day? Gees, you guys want to take all the fun out of this site! LOL
