Just found one of these at Dick's Sporting goods. It is small and light (3" closed, 1 7/8" blade, 0.6 ounce) and has a locking blade. I got it for $12. Might be a good option for PSKs.

I believe this may be what the OP is referring to. The price is not uncommon. Unfortunately, the locking blade may put in on the verboten list for our friends in the UK.

Sorry for not providing a link, I found it while shopping and not on line. The one Cellar shows is the right one. Just to throw it out, it is small, light and inexpensive. I have had good experiences with most Buck knives.

Small lock-backs like that are a true classic. I think just about every knife company has done a version at one point in time.

One of my favorites is the Case mini-Blackhorn. They're sold at most Lowes stores for under $10.



I can't tell you how many of them I've given away over the years.
