CountyComm has a sililar tool called the Breacher Bar for about $12.00. It's a flat bar with a side and front edge. Just a plain jane hardened steel bar that can take an edge.

The price is somewhat steep...but it does look kinda cool....

Wilson Combat, maker of the cop tool, has partnered with Boker knives to mass produce a consumer version for about half the msrp (@ $50 instead of @$100)
The Boker is made of 440c stainless as opposed to Wilson's in D2, has g10 scales instead of a paracord wrap and the sennet fob has a plain black bead opposed to a white skull bead........

Go down to the local hardware store and get you a simple flat bar. Sizes range from 6' to 36" and up for industrial versions.

While it is tempting to get a small one any prying and the ability to use it for prying, digging or scraping with two hands is going to take something long enough to grip properly and lean into.

The desire to have something light and compact conflicts with capability. Something in the range of 12" to 16" is a good compromise for carrying use. I have a 21" one in my rescue duffel. Weighs about a pound. It gives a lot of leverage for prying. I tried it for digging and found I could make good headway. It was more effective than the shovel in packed sharp gravel and hard clay.

The kicker is that the 21" model was only about $14. The tool mentioned close to $90. I don't think I paid $90 for all the hand tools in my rescue kit.

Got a pretty good reviews over the web but not as popular due to small exposure. Has basic things in a small package. People were saying that it works are prescribed BUT you can get same tools in a folding package such as Gerber Hinderer tool.

I'm in the middle of setting up for a "rescue knife" review comparing many different models and Wilson Cop tool is going to be one of them.
