Since finish is spray on I would like to know if anyone of you guys wore it on your body. I have orange freedom that hangs on my dog tags and would like to replace it with dougs photon. What worries me is if the paint will react with sweat and rub off from the unit.

I've had mine on my keyring for about two months now. The only signs of wear are on the split ring and clip where the black coating has rubbed off in a few places. The yellow coating on the Photon itself is holding up well. While I don't wear it in direct contact with skin, I would be surprised if it caused a problem. It's a great little light.

Has it been that long already? I've had one on my keychain since it was first available.

MIne has a little more paint wear. Some of the yellow has worn off, and the primer is showing in a few places. None of the black under the primer is showing yet.

I'm sure that skin oil won't degrade it, and being against skin and dogtags will be much easier on it than on a keychain. I'd say go for it!
