I am looking to replace an item I thought very important to me. It was stolen and I can't find another one anywhere. It is a survival flare kit. The kit contains: 2mm revolver, flare cup, 10 flares, reserve cartridge, and pinfire ignitors. It's packaged in a plastic case appox. 7 inches in length. Welcome to the forums! Did you mean 25mm revolver, I've never heard of the 2mm revolvers. I would suggest looking at http://www.orionsignals.com, http://www.painswessex.com, and http://www.westmarine.com. You should find a good replacement at one of those sites. Thanks I'll check them out. Actually I did mean 2mm. The revolver is only and inch or 2 in length. The whole kit is only approx 7 inches long, fits in a pocket or purse.

Painswessex makes a similar kit to the one that you described but only has seven flares instead of ten.

The flare kit you are talking about was sold by company called "Edge Company" but I don't get their catalog anymore and their website (www.edgeco.com) seems down.<br><br>Personally I prefer the Orion Pocket flare kit. I was trying to get PainsWessex kit but had a hard time doing so in the US. I got switched around left and right between dealers and finally I gave up.<br><br>Matt
