Reading the posts on the condom water container probelms...
Brought back a childhood memory... or rather a trick.
We would fill our water balloons from our grand mothers water barrel using a piece of tubing, a balloon (duh) and a small round rock or pebble....
You put the rock in the balloon and then place the tubing in the opening, squeeze the opening tight around the tubing with the rock hanging down... to get the water to start simply pull down on the rock stretching the balloon, this causes a vacuum to pull the water in.
It also seems that the weight of the water once in the balloon also maintains the stretch/vacuum right up to neck failure of the balloon if you wait to long.
I'm sure a condom will react the same way, maybe even better.
This is a good way to get around the problems of a low water source and siphoning.
