I believe a better term is "gear ho" rather than "bag ho". "Gear ho" is more inclusive and therefore more politically correct (don't have the ignore the "knife hos", "the firemaking hos" and the "non-perishable food hos."

My DW just refers to my ETS stuff as my "toys". Unfortunately, Santa doesn't seem to bring me any new ones at Christmas or birthday time.
