What are those???

While not exactly on topic here, I have a huge problem with my tax dollars being spent on some federal grant (as in not payed back) to study the sex life of the Ethopian pisant, or some other silly thing. Sure, it might help some stuggling student get his/her masters in pisant, and a few pisants might get their rocks off, but I (we) shouldn't have to foot the bill...
