I wouldn't panic about it, but it sounds like the Quebec public health authorities would consider you to be in the "at risk" group because of your age, and you might consider getting a booster. You can read some details in
this Montreal Gazette article. However, keep in mind that many of us get measles boosters multiple times in our life. When switching school districts, going away to university, before starting certain jobs, etc. we'll routinely get a booster "just in case" or because our childhood immunization records aren't available to confirm that we had a vaccination. So, it's possible that you have already gotten an effective booster shot. Of course, I'm not a doctor, so please ask a doctor if you have any doubts about your situation.
Measles can spread like wildfire, but the fact that there are only 14 cases so far, mostly in unvaccinated people, should reassure you that most people around you are immunized, so it's harder to spread throughout the population and your chance of coming in contact with it are very low.
