This is something along the lines of what I'm thinking as well. Not necessarily how to pump it out, but how to get it home. Assuming fuel is scarce/valuable, how do you plan on getting it safely from point A to B? It's hard to carry more than a few gallons at once by hand, and it's fairly obvious. On the other hand, using your vehicle can carry more, but then you may advertise that you're getting fuel from somewhere.

Any thoughts on how clandestine you can be?
