Does toothpaste have ethylene glycol as ingredient?

A Chinese toothpaste maker incorporated ethylene glycol into the toothpaste causing many deaths. I am wondering if American toothpaste maker use this substance

Hmmm, Anti-Freeze Toothpaste... the chinese have a long time horizon in their culture... maybe they were planning for an invasion of Siberia for the oil, and wanted to make sure they could still have clean teeth? Or perhaps planning for the next ice age?

I can never tolerate someone with bad breath especially if I have to huddle in a cave in Canada.

If I had to take a guess, it returns to the fact that the PRC's industry, as a rule, wouldn't know quality control if it bit them on the backside and it is even worse for their domestic market. Got to love Marxism and it's various spin offs. I remember a report from the early 90s from Russia- someone had wanted to improve their quota, so they shipped a batch of antibiotics that had been stored improperly and had spoiled.

That must have been fun.

I see that Panama hasn't improved much since I was there in the 60's...
