Try one of the sites on climbing or rope/technical rescue, they may have some pics. Basically, fold the rope in half (you can fold this in half again, although it gets a little tricky, practice with it fold once first and get the hang of it), starting at the two ends, create a loop, grab through the loop the two folded stands, pull though and snug up the loop, you should have the next loop to pull the two strands though. As you get closer to the top where the original fold is located, pull that loop through the last loop you created by chaining to loch it off. Sound confusing, but some practice you can daisy-chain line/rope quite fast. No promises, but if you send me your e-mail address, I will try and scan a diagram from one of my rescue manuals. Pete
