John,
I use Coghlan nets, which are available at Wal-Mart. Yes they impair your vision a bit and take a little getting used to, but I don't like putting OFF on my neck area. You can wear them loose or tuck them under your collar. If you see a bird from a distance it gives you plenty of time to lift the net. I never notice any extra discomfort and it also adds additional concealment.

Regards

David,

Thanks for the quick answer. I'll check them out. I suspect our mosquito & gnat attacks may be over for this hunting year. But I can still try using them when I shoot clay pigeons. However, I think I'll try them when the range is least busy. I guess even my sense of iconoclasm has limits!

Thanks for the great idea.

John
