That reminds me of "28 Days Later", where the good guys are trapped in an underpass trying to change a tire. Dozens of the infected come screaming at them.

Around here, we'd take a defensive position and empty the usual 30round-magazine-fed semi-auto rifles into the zombies instead of hurrying to fix the tire.

... it wouldnt be so suspenseful though
