Can I keep my medications potent for longer periods of time if they are frozen or refrigerated. I've come across a large supply of exspensive meds that I would only use in case of an emergency.

Most tablets are stable at 15-25 deg C<br><br>Freezing them and the subsequent thawing process may damage the medication.<br>Refrigeration on the other hand will prevent moisture & heat from damaging the medication, so go ahead and refrigerate it, as it does slow down degeneration and therefore maintain the potency of the medication<br><br>
