Neither of those could adhere to rock. As far as the ground, many caves have water and even streams on the ground, and even if solid, it could easily be stepped on and pushed into mud.
Besides, if those were used on a regular basis, it is almost unavoidable that some would be forgotten or lost in a cave eventually, and that is unnacceptable. One of the appeals of caving is the strikingly different environment and not seeing any trace of human presence. If I was caving and found one of these, I would be very annoyed, just as if I found a piece of garbage.
