Looks very similiar to the one I had on my 10/22 for a while. Reasonably robust, and I like a slightly shorter length of pull, makes it easier to track a running game IMO.

My only concern with side folding stocks is get one that locks when it folds, because nothing wakes you up when meditating over the sights quite like having the stock start to hinge closed as left handed shooter. Which is the whole reason I sold the replica paratroooper stock for my M1 carbine.
