I took a look at a few of the free ones, and they are very interesting. I think sometimes our First Aid type classes don't get graphic enough. It's important to have some idea how nasty things are going to get, so you're not in shock yourself the first time you see an abdominal wound spewing gobs of gunk. (gobs of gunk is probably not the technical term)
I was surprised to see in several videos that the responders were not even wearing gloves. There were people examining 3rd degree burn victims in one with bare hands. In another, there's a litter on a couple sawhorses and a triage guy is evaluating a soldiers chest wound with bare hands. Kinda strange, must have been made for TV blood.
In general though, I thought the ones I saw would be good supporting material for training, with the caveat that they need to emphasize protection for the responders.
