www.seedsofchange.com is another good source of non GM, non hybrid seeds. They also have a lot of information (and, of course, products for sale) on how to gather seeds from this year's crop and save them to plant next year.

There are also quite a few books on saving heirloom seed. Just go to Amazon and type in 'seed saving'.
