Well I'll tell you, we were making fun our friend until he started reeling in fish after fish. The joke was on us. With less than $23.00 worth of gear (he bought the Pocket Fisherman on ebay for $15.00 and spent a few bucks for tackle), he was pulling in just as much as me with my gear; gear that I now consider somewhat overpriced.

Now I've got to come up with some absolutely absurd and seemingly silly fishing gear this year for myself so we can keep the goof rolling. I'm thinking the FishPen might be it (good gear for my BOB as well), or perhaps I'll get the Rocket Fishing Rod! LOL
