So, I have to say I really like what Simon Mulholland writes in these cooking articles. Besides being funny, he seems to give solid information on cooking and to a lesser extent gathering food. For people who have read through (thoroughly or just scanned) what do you think? Is there anything he left out you would have like to see included?
