Those videos are pretty good.

I especially liked the one where he went without food for 24 hours, checked his blood glucose levels before and after a cup of spruce tea, and showed what it would do for those levels in an emergency.

The production values are a little lackluster, but he's doing it all himself most of the time, and it works well.

I noticed he has two new videos up (since the last time I visited his site). Thanks for the reminder!

I've watched those videos, before. They're pretty good. My favorite part was when he lost his ferrocerium rod, then looked for and broke off a piece of quartz, then lit his fire from a spark by striking his knife with the quartz. Then he used that fire to heat a stone, and used the stone to boil water in a plastic shopping bag.

Worth watching.
