In short: a group of american tourists in Costa Rica fought off muggers and ended up breaking the neck of one of the perps. laugh

The clavicle, which was broken by the vet, is also known as the collar bone. The would be mugger died of "apparent asphyxiation". The vet choked the mugger until he was dead. The death could have easily been an accident.

That needs to happen more frequently in the USA. Maybe, just maybe we could get some of the crime under control. "Oh, you were trying to rob someome and got dead, Tough ...." Instead we try the victims in court or in the media. Criminals have rights, citizens don't. Something has got to change, IMHO.
