Contents; (intended to handle both survival and first aid needs for biking, hiking and similar activities)

Knife( locking) schrade switch-it, CPR barrier mask
Pen, fresnel lens, mirror, flagging tape (2m)cloth first aid tape, spf chapstick

Safety pins, matches, lighter, purification tabs, Ibuprofin (24) band-aids, pepto bismol tabs, alchol wipes

exam gloves, larger band aids, 3x3 pads
fishing line (30#?) LED flashlight

Looks good:

A water-carrier and triangulair bandage would be handy. How about adding a whistle?

As a follow-up, I carry with this kit (EDC) my wallet, sunglasses, cell phone, water and snacks.

SAK = Survival Kit (not sure why there is an A in the abbrevation though).
FAK = First Aid Kit

Just a thought to the original poster - would you consider seperating your kit into two smaller packages? That way you could put 1 in each side pant pocket (or cargo pockets).

I've always heard SAK used for "Swiss Army Knife" so I was a little confused when I did't see one in the photos.
