Thanks for the write-up, guys. Seems quite a few marketing departments were driving the design in some models. But some others, wow! The Chris Reeve fixed blade looks very nice. And that Gerber Big Rock Camp has some nice lines, and a great price. As you mentioned in the write-up it's a decent alternative to a higher priced super-steel blade like the Mk3.

(Speaking of with, used the hell outta mine this weekend, batonning through a few logs for a fire. Found a staple in there somewhere, and now have a distinctive one of a kind single-serration straight edge. <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Still a great knife!)
