I do that too, plus I had one of those red dog tags made up with the REALLY important meds I take, and the doseage, listed on it. That goes on the long chain. On the short chain is a plain dog tag with my name, dob, blood type, and drivers license number. Should I really be out of it, and my wallet missing, that should give the medics something to work with...
