Ad water (minimum of a gallon in nalgenes, and a bladder when I get the tax money back), and the ditch kit (about 6-8 pounds in a vest/chest rig) and the sleeping bag (anywhere from 3 pounds for the summer bag, to almost 18 for the full winter system).
