I'm a big guy - 6'5" - and I guess I have unusually large hands. I've tried several 2XL gloves & mittens from Cabelas and NONE have fit me. The only ones I can wear are the rag wool ones and even they are a bit snug. I can't even get the 2XL nylon gloves over the palm of my hand!

For work gloves I buy XL size at Ace Hardware or other sources and they do fine for me.

I"m not sure what to do. Is Cabelas exagerating their sizes?

Does anyone know a source for good extra large winter gloves & mittens??

Fire End has xxxl sized fleece lined gloves (last ones on bottom of the page). They are reinforced in various places for emergency response personnel. Might be overkill, but, the xxxl's might fit?
