Contents of stuff sacks:

The items you can't see because of the flash reflection are Lotrimin and/or Benadryl.

Just in case I need to do a "Panama". If you are asking what the "Panama" is than I will refer you to the movie "Sahara" :):):) But in short it involves a cigar, boat, cut fuel line and explosions :):)

All this stuff fits nicely all over my pockets... I carry cargo pants and after years of carrying a lot of gear stuff sits nicely and it doesn't bother me.

Knife: Strider/Buck Tirani
Tool: Leatherman
Zippo Titanium customized
SF L1
Phone + earpiece
Portable Radio
Keys (just added new arc light to it)
Petzl Headlamp E+Light(http://en.petzl.com/petzl/LampesProduits?Produit=607)
Wallet + Secondary wallet with shield for street/scene work
Black pouch with cpr shield and gloves
FAK + epi pen (I'm dating a girl that is very allergic to things)
Small Camera (olympus 720SW waterproof and drop proof)
GPS (nuvi 530)
Cigars (always something good to smoke to pass time)
Watch + dog tags

GPS, radio and camera and headlamp are more work related. Very often I'm "on call" officer and my guys are known to do retarded stuff so I kind of have to just pick up and go. Depending on what it is (accident, exposure, tough job) I need to be able to stay in touch, get there, fix it, document it and survey. I found out that carrying all of it is the only way to save time and getting job done. I was trying to leave it in the car, home, base, locker but it never worked out. That's why I love colder months since some of it can go into my jacket.

Wallet: extra cash, 2 bandaids, Victorinox Swisscard
Keychain: Arc AAA-P and Victorinox Manager II on one half, Swisstech Utili-Key on the other half, mixed in with my keys
Spyderco Caly 3 (or a larger folder)
Palm Treo

Just enough to deal with the little emergencies or get me back to my car and/or more comprehensive kits. Yeah, there's some duplication (4 knives and 2 lights), but that lets me go places with just my wallet and know that I still have a knife and light even though they're incredibly tiny.

Just in case I need to do a "Panama".

That was a great scene... especially when the owner of the boat hears the word "Panama" on the radio and realizes what's about to happen to his boat... I thought Cussler's book was great, and was skeptical about seeing it as a movie, but, they did a good job.
