While I hardily agree with his idea of adding a couple of black trash bags. One of his uses is iffy depending on the bag.

He suggested it could be used to carry water for drinking. This can be a yes or no answer. True none of them are food grade. But this is not the problem.

Some brands are impregnated with insecticides, mold inhibiters, odor reducers or other substances that are not the best things to ingest.

If you have thoughts of using your trash bag as a water carrier research these possable additions. Make sure it is untreated.
