If you are looking for a magic pill, they do exist, they do work in the short term, are illegal as hell and screw you in the long term.
If you are looking for food, well, eat what you feel like. If you've got a craving for rare, lean red meat, just make sure it is dead and heated through first. I've seen people get bulky on a vegan diet, of all things, using lots of beans and nuts and brown rice. Listen to your cravings, that is your bodies way of telling you what it needs. What you'll find is you are going to actually be using more energy for a while, so you might get hungrier.
If you are worrying about cholesterol, get it checked. If they tell you are fine, you're fine.
Just remember, the stack is not the be all and the end all. If you are bulked out but your cardio conditioning is shot, you are a big beefy guy who looks great standing still, but isn't going to be there for long. And don't forget flexibility. The tredmill (warm up), the pool (great cool down), and something for stretching and speed, like most martial arts or dance (don't laugh- Penn State football players had to study ballet once upon a time) are all good things. A lot of big beefy guys have lousy stamina and end up hurting themselves because they aren't staying limber. Trust me on that one.
