i see some reference to these small electronic cricket lighters, ive been looking, where can i get some

BIC cricket lighters>? im not sure if i remember what they are,<br>but by "electronic" do you mean peizo electric? im not sure, try walmart or circle K , walgreens, super K, osco, you name it im sure you will find some

The small model of Cricket brand disposable butane lighter with electronic spark, call the "pocket electronic" model is my favorite, but can be very hard to find. They are not nearly as popular as the Bic brand. You have to do some searching at any local shop that carries cigarettes. I live in the Southeastern part of the United States and have had the best luck finding them at the major discount shore WalMart. They are not always there, but I have found them there ocassionally and have stocked-up. You can probably search out a mail-order source on the internet also.<br><br>Any Cricket or Bic electronic lighter should work as well, but these are the smallest and very convenient to use.<br><br>I have heard that the electronic versions may not perform as well at extremely high altitudes and don't give the kind of spark that may be used to light tinder after the butane is gone, but my experience indicates that they work far better in very wet conditions, which I consider important.
