Where do you want to go on ETS?

I've seen these LED lights on the pages of ETS such as the Photon Micro Light and am wondering if these things are available anywhere in Canada (Toronto mainly). LeBaron? Canadian Tire? I have something which I think is similar to the Photon Micro Light from Radio Shack except that the light it emits is "blue"! At the moment I mainly have Mag Lights coming out the wazoo, but these tiny LED lights seem quite useful.

There's always mail order... I bought my first few directly from Photon, then found less expensive sources on the web.<br><br>Do you have a "Batteries Plus" franchise store in your area? The ones down here stock all the Photon IIs at a VERY good price.

I cannot help you locate any, but I can attest to the usefullness of them. I have carried an ASP Saphire perpetually since last christmas. I have no idea how many times I have used it. I used it again today to take a shortcut through a mountain through an abandoned mine shaft. Yes, its that bright. I keep a Photon II in my survival tin, but it is not as bright as the ASP. I dont even bother with any of my smaller mag lights anymore. I even replaced my red filtered mag light I kept for night flying with a red ASP that I hang around my neck.

I found photon 1's at MEC in Winnipeg. I'm sure they must be avalible at the location in TO. If I remember it's near Spadina and King St.<br><br>The store here had a wide array of colours.<br><br>They sure are a handy little light...<br><br>-p

MEC seems to be the place, and that's where I shall try my luck. I try to put off cross border shopping if I can help it due to the Canada/US exchange rate which isn't good for one's health especially if you live up here! But thank you for the replies.
