If I remember right from the other forum, you send him the measurements of your wrist and he makes one long enough to comfortably fit around it.
As for a belt, I'm sure he would give you a price on one that length if you asked him but the belt of it would be pretty skinny to use as a functional belt useing that macramé braid knot.. better would be the eight strand alternating square knot useing 4 sections of cord (fold the cord in half to make the 8 sections) on a standard ring and pin buckle.. then you end up with 2 long strands of cord when you take it apart..
