I agree with JC about fire starting material does not belong in an FAK.
In my larger FAK, I still carry 1 large and 2 medium "Battle Dressings". I know that when those have been used that I will start carrying the next closest civilian (aka: silly-villian) version of the Battle Dressing: old-fashioned OB pads. I have found them a very important item of any large FAK!
