There are many free email reminder services on the internet. Gmail account has a calendar feature that you can set reminders on.

I am not on any prescriptions but if I were I'd probably use the "tasks" feature on my home email that is probably similar. I never thought of looking for an online service though.

Looks like a great setup you have there.
One thing I have recently added to my BOB is a copy of any key I might need in a hurry. Keys to vehicles, houses, storage shed, etc.
Might want to get copies of close family members (parents or children) houses and vehicles also. In an emergency you never know what situation may arise.
