Has anyone considered Ensure for their emergency preparation? It's already in liquid form; no need to add water and it does not require heating or refrigeration. Ensure comes in different forms: Ensure, Plus, High Protein, High Calcium and Fiber. I tried the high fiber because it seems to be the most well-balanced and because it is the only one in a can rather than a bottle it is easier to stack. It tastes good but the only problem I've ran into so far is that it is making me thirsty.
