Hi,

Haven't posted in a while, but I just wanted to say I bought a couple of ARC AAA-P LED torches[1]. They arrived yesterday and my retina has almost recovered.

Oh, and shipping to New Zealand via FedEx was not cheap, so the rest of you count your blessings.

[1] I suppose they are flashlights in the US.

I EDC an ARC AAA-P on the same chain as my Fox40 and a Boy Scout Hot Spark. I bought a little plastic cap at the local hardware store to put of over the lens when in pocket - just to protect it. Fantastic light! It really shocks folks when they see its output.

I still haven't told my wife what it cost me ... she wouldn't be happy. <img src="/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Through my work I've visited lots of different places in the world - England, Germany, France, Singapore, China, .... but from a personal perspective the places I WANT to visit include Alaska, New Zealand, and Australia.
