I used to eat the whole box as a meal in college, but at 42 my waistline and metabolism ain't what it used to be. I've never tried kraft without milk/butter. I can't think that it would be as appetizing.
Mac and cheese is one of my favorite comfort foods. I guess I could include it in my disaster food stores if I had powdered milk and butter/margerine. I'd rather would keep the mac and cheese around in microwaveable (chef-boy-ardee or Hormel makes it) containers.
However, Stove-top only needs less water and heat <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
