I like to change and upgrade my kit's, and then post them. (I'm also going to post my PSK again soon)

So what do we've got here: This is my FAK that I EDC . It's meant for small wounds and injuries. For larger trauma I carry my medium FAK, but not as EDC.
Again I would like to thank Massacre for the antibiotic ointment, bandages and povidone-iodine-pads he sent me.

I know that this isn't for mayor trauma. Therefore I've made a FAK-support kit, that I will EDC when that is possible. It contains:

1 plastic pouch (can be used for gasping chest wounds
1 Triangular bandage
1 ABD-pad
1 Quick-dressing nr 1
1 roll medical tape
1 pair nitrile gloves

Jim, could you elaborate on these (maybe give sizes)?:

1 ointment-pad

I assume the "adhesive bandages" are square pads with adhesive around the perimeter.

What's the sugar for? I know what I'd use it for: hiccups.

Can you get the needle up to red-hot with the matches (I know I can't with my Zippo)? This would be helpful for treating blood-under-the-fingernail syndrome caused by an impact to the finger. If the matches can't, I'd replace the matches with a mini-BIC (I know that works).

I'd still throw some aspirin in there. Isn't it still recommended for stroke victims to minimize damage done.

What? No Burn-Jel? (or equiv.)

Aspirin is definitely NOT to be given to stroke victims. It is more or less impossible to distinguish an ischemic (caused by a blood clot) stroke from an aneurytic (caused by a ruptured blood vessel) stroke in the field. Aspirin will help an ischemic stroke, but will make an aneurytic stroke much worse.

Aspirin is, however, useful for treating heart attacks.

What do you mean with elaborate? Your assumption is right. The large ones have a pad of 3/1 cm, medium 2/1 cm and the small 1/0.5 cm.
The gauze pads are 7.5/5 cm
Sugar could be used for poeple that are diabetic and need a sugar-boost.

A BIC is already in my EDC.

I'll try to fit some asperin in there.

Burn-jel isn't available in single-dose packages in The Netherlands. The ointment pad could be used as a burn-dressing

I didn't look closely enough at the photo while trying to reconcile it with your list. The strip adhesive bandages lying next to each appeared to be larger, square bandages and there seemed to be a bunch of overlap. What about Burn-free, it doesn't have lidocaine in it?
