Jim, could you elaborate on these (maybe give sizes)?:

2 large adhesive bandages
4 small adhesive bandages
4 medium adhesive bandages
2 gauze pads (size?)
1 ointment-pad
1 bandage

I assume the "adhesive bandages" are square pads with adhesive around the perimeter.

What's the sugar for? I know what I'd use it for: hiccups.

Can you get the needle up to red-hot with the matches (I know I can't with my Zippo)? This would be helpful for treating blood-under-the-fingernail syndrome caused by an impact to the finger. If the matches can't, I'd replace the matches with a mini-BIC (I know that works).

I'd still throw some aspirin in there. Isn't it still recommended for stroke victims to minimize damage done.
