One word of warning about down bags: THEY ARE USELESS IF THEY GET DAMP/WET! Down bags are good for below 0c enviroments. If like myself, you live in a country who's climate tends towards wet, +2c windy, then a synthetic bag is much better. Anyone who thinks that 2c ain't cold is welcome to visit the UK in January/February. Give me -whatever anyday.
