Well here is my 2 cents. I’m overnight camping at least 2 weekends a month. In all four seasons. Regardless of how often you plan on using the bag I would strongly suggest a name brand. The out door community is brutal when it comes to gear recommendations so the top brands are top for a reason.

I would go with Mountain Hard Wear first and Marmot second. I have had a few of both and also a few North Face bags and frankly I gave away the North Face bags with a huge warning to the recipient.
