Whats are the differences between the "Premium" BCB Wire Survival Saw and the BCB Commando Saw? And how to get them in Germany?

I don't know of any different BCB wire saws. You have a multi strand wire with two split rings for handles. You might try emailing a forum member, Bagheera - phenskens@hotmail.com He is in the Netherlands and deals in many items such as this. Perhaps our British forum members might help also.

The Premium has swivels at the ends, much better, less stress on eye on end of the wire that split ring attaches to. Adds some bulk.
