I live on the edge of suburbia and have a 4WD Chevy Tahoe. After all the years I've lived here have yet to see a snow I have yet to see a snow that snarls traffic for more than a few hours (like the huge rush hour snow of Feb 14, 1990).
Besides, with global warming it won't snow anymore.
