+1 for the Glock 23. It does have a trigger safety, if that is a concern to you. Also, be sure that you have additional insurance. God forbid you are involved in a shooting; your home, car, and everything else you've worked hard for are at risk. You want to protect yourself and your family in the short term AND the long term.
