I am actually clinically depressed. I am taking Effexor medication for 5yrs now. I had always lack energy regardless whatever I eat. I do eat vegetables & fruits, proteins stuff too.

I can't be too happy at work since the boss might think I am not busy. I will get a regular day time job. I can't handle the shift crap anymore. My hair turn more gray everyday. I will be senior citizen before Bush finish his term in office.

Well, I hate to break the bad news to you Picard, but you're on one of the most dangerous anti-depressants out there, you cannot even skip one dose without severe side-effects. How do I know? Took it for years. Get a well-qualified shrink, not just any MD, if you ever want to get off of that stuff. The norm is to ween you off over a 6-month period. I was forced to get off of it cold turkey for stupid reasons and was bedridden for 3 weeks. Know someone who recently weened off of it too quickly, and it is not pretty.
