Apparently there was some confusion about the checkout process.
1. You need to have at least $30 in your cart at checkout to receive the discount.
2. Enter the coupon code LABORDAY06E on the same checkout page where you have to select your shipping options. (page 2 of checkout). Enter LABORDAY06E in the window called "coupon code"
